Main duties

  • Chemical technicians provide technical support and services in chemical engineering, chemical and biochemical research and analysis, industrial chemistry, chemical quality control and environmental protection.

Main duties

  • Industrial engineering and manufacturing technicians work independently or provide technical support and services in the development of production methods, facilities and systems, and the planning, estimating, measuring and scheduling of work.

  • Employers often require extensive knowledge of computer-aided design and drawing software (CAD).
