Information sessions on life and employment in the regions

Personalized information sessions on Québec’s regions

Don't miss them!

The Montréal Immigration-Québec services offer information sessions on Québec’s different regions in collaboration with Immigration-Québec services and Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec.

Newcomers to the Montréal region meet representatives of the Ministère and regional organizations who present various reception and settlement services (housing, education, health, French classes, etc.) as well as job opportunities and economic prospects in their particular region. Each year, some 2,000 people attend these information sessions and benefit from the advice offered. Many have found employment and settled in these areas.

Who can attend these sessions?

These sessions are open to all immigrants currently living in the Montréal region who have been in Québec for less than five years and are considering settling elsewhere in Québec.
